We recently kicked off the Lunar New Year. 15 days of celebration, not one. For 2,000 years, this tradition’s forced people to pause. To thank those who got them here.
Why this matters:
? Success = collaboration.
? Gratitude = fuel.
The direct family. The mentor who changed your trajectory. The stranger who said yes when others said no. All matter.
“When many gather firewood, the flame rises high.”
That’s why during this period I like to recommit to:
? Acknowledge every contributor (yes, even the “small” ones).
? Prioritize relationships over transactions.
? Give 10x before expecting 1%
